One of the most delicious and invigorating (not to mention extremely healthy) ways to cope while looking out the window and wishing you could bike, hill climb, etc., is sipping or guzzling this delicious green Latté! Keto, paleo, etc.
Iced Matcha Latté
1 rounded tsp. Raw 100% Matcha Green Tea Leaf Powder
1 T Artisana Raw Coconut Butter
1 T Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate
1 T Heavy Cream (optional)
Sprinkle of Sweet Leaf Stevia Powder
1 C of crushed ice or ice cubes
In a blender place the matcha, coconut butter, collagen, cream, and stevia powder. Add 10 ounces of slightly hot water. Blend on high speed until frothy. Pour over a tall glass full of 1 C of crushed ice or ice cubes or a mixture of both and drink with a glass or stainless steel straw, or not. Very refreshing and all the great benefits of matcha, coconut butter, and collagen.
